LeadFunl, LLC Guarantee for Annuity Lead Generation Services

LeadFunl, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "LeadFunl") provides annuity lead generation services for insurance agents and financial advisors. A subscriber (hereinafter referred to as "Subscriber")
is defined as any individual or entity that subscribes to LeadFunl's services, agrees to the terms outlined herein, and maintains active participation in the program. As part of our commitment to delivering high-quality leads, we offer the following guarantee in Section 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Guarantee"). All Terms & Conditions, or provisions, of this Agreement, including those of the Guarantee, are collectively referred to as the "T&C".

1. Lead Guarantee

Each Subscriber is guaranteed to receive a minimum of forty (40) new leads per month. If this threshold is not met within a thirty (30) day period, LeadFunl will provide a 50% rebate for the
subsequent thirty (30) day period.

2. Conditions for Guarantee

The Guarantee applies only if the Subscriber maintains licensure in at least 10 states (one of which must be Florida), including five (5) of the following preferred states: Ohio, Massachusetts, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Illinois, and Virginia. Florida is a required state to be licensed in. The option exists for us to advertise in these states even before you are licensed and then add the license through Sircon when you are ready before placing business. We would advertise in these states along with your current licensed state(s).

Suggested additional states for licensure include: Arizona, Colorado, New Hampshire, West Virginia, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Missouri, Nebraska, Texas, and Vermont. Having at least twenty-five (25) states in total makes for the best results from social media advertising based on the algorithm and how it functions.

THE MORE STATES, THE MORE BUSINESS WE CAN DRAW IN.

REMEMBER: The MORE states you are licensed in, the greater your audience. Unlike traditional marketing, digital marketing through social media is GREATLY reduced in production whenever the scope is narrowed by things like preferred individual zip codes or counties, or states in the USA which are not considered to be Retirement States. The goal is to get you more business and when our guidelines are met, we typically over-achieve our goal. The first 3-day period of any Facebook ad is the Learning Phase of Facebook's advertising algorithm, which is the lowest volume phase as the algorithm is learning. After the ad exits the Learning Phase, more results should populate the CRM.

3. Exclusions

The Guarantee does not apply during the month of December, except for Subscribers licensed in all required and suggested states listed above.

Subscribers must maintain licensure in the required ten states for the Guarantee to remain effective.

4. Auto-Renewal Requirement

Subscribers must be enrolled incredit card billing auto-renewal to maintain eligibility for the Guarantee.

Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Application or the Website and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Terms and Conditions

6. Subscriber Responsibility

Subscribers are solely responsible for the use of leads and any presentations made to prospects.

Subscribers must ensure they have adequate product knowledge and training relative to the products they offer, the state-specific regulations, and any other relevant guidelines, including but not limited to income tax and Medicare guidelines.

7. Legal and Professional Compliance

LeadFunl is not responsible for any financial, tax, legal, or medical advice provided by Subscribers. Subscribers must be appropriately licensed to offer such advice in the jurisdiction of the prospect.

Subscribers agree to hold harmless LeadFunl from any claims or negative consequences resulting from interactions with prospects, whether generated by LeadFunl or referred by third parties.

8. Liability Limitation

LeadFunl is not liable for the use of its services, products provided by insurance companies, or any recommendations made by LeadFunl, third-party IMOs, or other entities.

Subscribers assume full responsibility for verifying their licensure and authority to provide advice or services in any jurisdiction.

9. Arbitration Clause

Any attempt to dispute any subscription credit card charges for services redender will cause a collections process to be initiated. Subscriber agrees that any collections for credit card disputed services after the services have begun to be rendered can be up to three times the billed amount plus any collections fees. Any disputes or claims against LeadFunl must be resolved through arbitration as outlined by the American Arbitration Association. LeadFunl, its assigns, will be the only entity(ies) entitled to legal fees, regardless of the outcome of any arbitration proceedings.

10. Binding Agreement

Use of LeadFunl's services, whether as a paid Subscriber or an inquiring party, constitutes agreement to the T&C.

Subscribers must comply with all state and federal regulations when using LeadFunl's services.

LeadFunl reserves the right to modify the T&C at any time to ensure compliance with applicable laws in all 50 states.

This Guarantee and the accompanying T&C are designed to protect both LeadFunl and its Subscribers while ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
